Our Story
ChayaNetwork was born out of a very real problem. As parents ourselves, we tried to keep our children safe online and quickly realised that the solutions available were either too complicated, too expensive, or simply not designed with Bangladeshi families in mind.
That raised a question: why not build something simple, affordable, and genuinely suited to families here?
From that question, ChayaNetwork was born. The word "Chaya" (ছায়া) means shade or shelter in Bangla — because we want every family to have a safe, protective shelter in the digital world.

Our mission is straightforward: to empower every Bangladeshi family to benefit from the internet safely.
We believe that:
- Keeping children away from the internet is not the answer — teaching them to use it safely is
- Technology should bring families together, not pull them apart
- When parents have the right information and control, they make the best decisions for their family

ChayaNetwork is a DNS-based filtering service. In simple terms:
- You update the DNS settings on your router or device to use our DNS address
- Millions of harmful websites are automatically blocked — no software installation needed
- There is no complex setup — if you can connect to Wi-Fi, you can set this up
- You manage everything from your dashboard, anytime, from any device
