For Annual or Lifetime plans where an issue arises after the 7-day window, we will consider partial refunds or service credit extensions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
If a technical issue on our end causes the service to be unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, affected customers will receive a proportional credit or refund for the downtime period.
