1. Service Description

ChayaNetwork is a DNS-based internet filtering service designed for families. Through this service:

• Harmful, explicit, and inappropriate websites are automatically blocked
• Parents and guardians can manage custom website blocking and allowing rules
• Weekly internet usage reports are delivered to the account holder
• Separate profiles can be created for multiple family members

2. Account Creation & Responsibilities

To create an account, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Each account is intended for use by a single household only. Commercial use or reselling of the service is strictly prohibited.

3. Plans & Pricing

ChayaNetwork is available in three plans:

• Monthly Plan: ৳149/month — renewed each month
• Annual Plan: ৳1,500/year — includes 2 months free
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for lifetime access

Any changes to pricing will be communicated to existing customers at least 30 days in advance.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Service is activated once payment is confirmed
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically — each renewal requires a manual payment
• Service will be suspended at the end of the billing period if not renewed

5. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee that:

• All harmful content will be blocked at all times
• The service will be available 100% of the time (we target 99.9% uptime)
• Any specific website will remain permanently blocked or unblocked

6. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or sublicensing the service to others
• Using a single account for multiple unrelated households
• Attempting unauthorised access to ChayaNetwork's systems
• Creating accounts using false or misleading information

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Evidence of payment fraud
• Abuse or misuse of the service

8. Limitation of Liability

ChayaNetwork is not liable for:

• Content accessed by bypassing DNS filtering (e.g. via VPN)
• Service interruptions caused by your internet provider or device
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us directly first. We will make every effort to resolve the matter within 7 business days. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
